Easy Operation Steps

1. Bead Breaking

Deflate tire completely → Position tire between bead breaker blade and wheel support → Step on bead breaker pedal to separate bead from rim → Repeat for full bead release.

2. Rim Clamping

Place wheel on turntable → Step on clamping pedal to lock rim (inside/outside as needed) → Ensure rim is centered and firmly fixed.
 

3. Tire Demount/Mount

Lubricate tire bead → Use hex shaft and tool head to align → Step on turntable pedal for rotation → Complete demount/mount with smooth 6rpm speed.
 

4. Inflation

Connect inflation gun to tire valve → Inflate to safe pressure (max 3.5bar) → Check bead seating and pressure gauge for accuracy.

Shipping Time, Delivery and Additional Charges


• We typically ship within 2-4 business days of your purchase. All products and parts include tracking numbers for your convenience. For your reference, 95% of our shipments are delivered within a week.

Shipping Companies 

• For products under 150 Ibs, we utilize FedEx, UPS, or USPS for fast and secure delivery.
• For products exceeding 150 lbs, we utilize established LTL freight companies to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Delivery and Additional Charges

• For car lifts (not including scissor lifts),we offer free shipping to lower 48 states with forklift (or similar) on-site, or free pickup at nearby terminal. Car lifts require on-site forklift (no liftgate) to unload from delivery truck. We are unable to deliver to other regions. Delivery site must be accessible for a 53-foot semi truck and trailer.
• For tire machines, scissor lifts, motorcycle lifts, and other auto equipment, we offer free shipping to commercial addresses (in business zones) with forklift (or similar) on-site, or free pickup at nearby terminals. Residential or farm addresses and liftgate service require additional shipping charges.
• Due to their size, 2-post and 4-post car lifts cannot be unloaded using a liftgate service.
• We strongly recommend against renting a forklift; equipment rental will not be reimbursed.
• Limited access deliveries (schools, hospitals, restaurants, golf courses, ski resorts, airports, ports, piers, lodging facilities, campgrounds, quarries, factories, military bases, government buildings, etc.) incur a $150 surcharge.
• Delivery to your address is limited to curbside. For placement inside a buildling or backyard, additional charges apply.
• Please track your shipment and ensure someone is available during the delivery (business hours for businesses and scheduled delivery window for residence). A $150 redelivery fee applies for missed deliveries.
• Please be prepared to unload your delivery within 30 minutes of the truck's arrival. If unloading exceeds this timeframe, a minimum $100 surcharge will apply.
• If additional freight charges apply during your delivery, please pay them promptly or we may forfeit the warranty.

Delivery of Parts (under 100 lbs) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS

• Please provide the most complete address possible. For businesses, this includes the business name. Incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or inability to compensate for lost packages.

Shipping Address & Delivery Instructions

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. If you need to change your delivery address after shipment, you will incur additional fees from the shipping carrier. We will invoice you for the additional fees and make changes with the carrier after the invoice has been paid.

Warranty Parts and Technical Issues

• We offer a two-year warranty on parts sold separately.
• Customer satisfaction is most important to us. If you need any parts or have any technical issues that are not listed here, the best way is to email (tcecustomerservice@torin-usa.com
) or text (1-909-390-8588) us with some pictures and the nameplate. Our technician will follow up with you as soon as possible.
• For car lifts, the nameplate is usually on one of the posts with serial number on it.
• Labor warranties are not included unless explicitly stated in the listings.
• For a 2-post car lift that is bolted to the ground, the warranty is voided if relocated.
• We ship replacement parts for free within the warranty time in lower 48 provinces. Please let us know if you have any problem with parts.
• We ship parts with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Sorry but we do not do overnight shipping.

Unauthorized Parts and Voiding of Warranty

• IMPORTANT: If you obtain a replacement part without our prior written permission while a product is under warranty, we will not cover the cost of that part, and we reserve the right to void the product's entire warranty. Please ensure you always contact us first to initiate a valid warranty claim.
