Shipped in an inadequate cardboard box. 70 pound item box destroyed. Carrier put in another box still inadequate. Handle to operate the jack missing. Company says they cannot help as they have another in stock. Item needed to be shipped in wooded crate. Also the adjuster to adjust total height is paint stuck. Recommend not using this company or this product.
This is a very high-quality jack that is good for low clearance and optimal height. It is priced better than the jacks they sell at Harbor freight. Best deal in town.
Very nicely greased in needed areas. This is my first super heavy duty 100+ lbs Jack, I have a portable 15" one and it takes some effort to lift up my car, but not this Torin, It lifts super fast and 5x easier than my 20 year old 2ton 15" height non-low profile jack. I like this design for when the handle is in 90 degrees position you cannot release the lift, you have to pull the handle down a bit and then twist left to release. It's a good safety feature. If Torin adds a foot lift to this design, you can probably compete with the Daytona 3 ton long reach low profile one that is $269.99, but this Torin was a good value buy on sale so I decided to take a chance and get to know a Torin for the first time. Be careful carrying this around and don't drop it on your foot lol.

Works well. Would like to have a rubber piece or something soft at the lift point. Packaging included cheap hard foam that didn’t survive shipping. While the jack was protected, there were little foam pieces everywhere.
