What are the shipping rates within the Contiguous United States?

  • Except Pick-Up Orders, other all orders are FREE SHIPPING! (Must select the Free Shipping option at checkout). Note: Free freight applies ONLY to legitimate commercial business addresses.

  • Pick Up Order: Depending on the product, we may offer shipping fee reductions ranging from $200 to $500.

 

For LTL pickup appointment, the carrier may contact you for delivery time, please confirm the following issue first.

  1. Please confirm that the phone number on the order can be contacted. It would be better if you could also provide your email address or Residential telephone number. Please keep your mobile phone unblocked.
  2. Do you have an unloading equipment to unload the lift from the truck?
  3. Is your address a residential address or a business address? For the delivery, the driver has up to 30 minutes for each load, so please be ready.
  4. Please note the delivery is on paved roads only. No delivery inside a building or to a backyard. Otherwise the driver may refuse to deliver or charge additional fees.
  5. Please confirm that the packaged products are intact when receiving the goods before signing!
  6. Please note that our trucks do not include the inside service, if you need this service, we will charge you an additional fee.

Where do you have warehouses available for pickup? How can I confirm that I can go there to pick up the goods?

Are there additional charges for large items?

Yes. Large items (over 100 lbs. or 150 lbs. depending on the carrier) often require truck freight (LTL). Additional surcharges apply for:

  • Residential Delivery: Delivery to a home or a business located at a residence (including farms/ranches).

  • Lift Gate Service: Required for items over 150 lbs. if you do not have a forklift ($125.00 fee).

  • Limited Access Areas: Schools, military bases, prisons, or facilities requiring security checkpoints.

 

 

What is a "Bonafide" Business Address?

A business address is a commercial location with no residential dwelling on the property, maintaining normal business hours. Home-based businesses, farms, and ranches are classified as Residential Addresses by LTL carriers, and surcharges cannot be waived by TCE.

 

 

How should I prepare for a lift delivery?

Most TCE lifts ship via a 53-foot tractor/trailer.

  • Accessibility: Your location must have enough space for a 53' rig to enter and leave.

  • Unloading: The driver is only responsible for bringing the product to the back of the truck. The customer is responsible for unloading. A forklift or similar equipment is required due to the weight.

  • Alternative: If you lack a business address or unloading equipment, we can ship to a local freight terminal for you to pick up.

 

 

What if I am not present for the delivery?

The consignee must be present. Failure to accept delivery may result in storage fees, redelivery charges, or the item being returned to TCE at the customer’s expense.

 

 

What should I do when my shipment arrives?

NEVER sign for a shipment until you have thoroughly inspected it.

  1. Inspect for Damage: Remove outer packaging if necessary to check for concealed damage.
  2. Refuse Damaged Items: If the product is damaged, refuse the shipment and contact TCE Customer Service immediately.
  3. Note Exceptions: If there is minor damage and you choose to accept it, you must write a precise description on the delivery waybill.
  4. No Exceptions = No Claim: If you sign the waybill without noting damage, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier directly. TCE cannot provide refunds or replacements for damage not noted at the time of delivery.

 

What payment methods does TCE support? 

Our website accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal for a secure and seamless checkout experience.

 

Do you offer financing options for car lifts?

While TCE does not provide direct in-house financing, you can take advantage of PayPal Credit for financing opportunities. Simply scroll to the bottom of our homepage and click the PayPal Credit link to learn more.

 

Is there a discount for purchasing multiple lifts? 

Yes! We offer bulk discounts for customers purchasing more than one lift. Please email or text us the specific lift model and your Zip Code, and we will provide you with a customized wholesale quote.

 

I want to buy a car lift but I do not have a forklift. What should I do?

All TCE car lift packages are oversized and cannot fit on a standard liftgate truck. If you do not have a forklift, alternative equipment like a Bobcat, cherrypicker, or rollback tow truck can work.

  • The Terminal Option: If you have no unloading equipment, we can ship your lift to a nearby freight terminal. You can then pick it up there, and the terminal staff will load it onto your trailer or truck for you.

 

 

How long does shipping take?

  • Dispatch: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after confirmation, provided the item is in stock.

  • Transit: Most customers receive their lifts within 1–2 weeks. Delivery to remote areas or during peak seasons (like winter/harvest) may take longer.

 

 

How do I track my freight shipment?

Once your lift is scheduled for pickup, we will email you a PRO number (tracking number).

  • Important Note: Unlike FedEx or UPS, a freight PRO number only becomes active after the truck physically picks up the item from our warehouse. If it’s not active immediately, please wait 24 hours or contact us if it remains inactive.

 

 

Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?

Yes, but trucking companies charge an additional re-consignment fee (typically between $50–$200) for address changes once the lift is in transit. Please contact us ASAP with the new address to get an exact quote.

 

 

Can I do "Same Day Pickup"?

TCE stocks lifts in several strategic warehouses across the country (locations are listed on each product page).

  • Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice before any pickup. Same-day pickup is not available.

  • Hours: Pickup hours vary by location (Mon-Fri only; no weekend pickups). We will email you specific instructions and a pickup slip after your purchase.

 

 

What if I receive the wrong lift or accidentally ordered two?

  • Wrong Item: Please verify the model upon delivery. If it’s incorrect, take a photo, refuse the shipment, and contact us immediately for an exchange or full refund.

  • Accidental Double Order: We verify every order. If you accidentally confirm and we ship two lifts, the return will be subject to return freight costs and a 10% restocking fee.
