You guys sent my jack to the wrong address that is 12 hours away where it’s supposed to be. Then I tried emailing about it and you didn’t respond. This was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift and you ruined it.

Rated as a top all around floor jack option by Car & Driver in 2023, only one use, but this Big Red did not disappoint!
Mike
Nice & heavy-duty. Jack works perfectly. Purchased to replace a tool truck brand jack that died after light use..
Mike Martin
I got the 4 ton as advertised and it's an awesome jack for the price. Better than much higher priced jacks I've used by a long shot. Highly recommend!
scottyfon
Solid and very strong, it works perfectly, but it's pretty heavy to pick up and carry over a gravel driveway and to set up under a vehicle there. Low slung, it easily fits under small cars when desired. It can lift a motorhome to change a wheel.
Maksim
Excellent jack, but came with damaged packaging and damaged paint.

I recently purchased the big red floor jack, and I'm extremely satisfied with its performance. The build quality is impressive, providing a sturdy and reliable lifting mechanism. Its large lifting capacity makes it suitable for various vehicles, and the dual pump feature saves time during use. The heavy-duty steel construction instills confidence in its durability. Overall, the big red floor jack is a solid investment for any garage, offering both strength and efficiency.

This Jack is a little heavy but it performs smoothly and jacks up easier than my 3 ton jack. And I love the rubber foot on the support point.

Love this unit. Works good and is very solid.

Haven't used a jack like this for years. I am so happy that they are still being made. Heavy but versatile. Best for loaded trucks and other awkward, heavy lifting that now may come my way. Thanks!

Bought it for my 3500 passenger van to get it up since its gvwr is like 8400. worked charms to get it onto my jack stands. only complaint is when dropping it you cant so it slowly as it seems to lock which is a good safety mechanism i guess.

So Far so good.

Works great.
Mike
Solid build, durable, easy to use. I feel the bar pops out a little too easily (when maneuvering), but not a deal breaker at all. This product is great overall.
Ashley Oakey
Lifts a lot of weight and has a low profile.

This jack wont let you down. Well made. Able to do the job with ease.

I thought this jack wouldn't be as sturdy as my 40 year old jack I had to retire. I just hope I can get 40 years out of this one.
TheFunkyZ
Heavy dependable and works well
Michael
This Jack is heavy but it works extremely well and is constructed perfectly. Lifts well and operates smoothly

I gifted this to my brother in law that wanted to able to safely lift up his 2008 QX56. I bought the stands that came as an option and they came in handy. Before he used wooden blocks but now he's always using the jack whenever he needs. The jack itself is very sturdy and lives up to its name! The stands are just as grand. So if you're need of stands to pair your jack with, look no further.

This product is great and easy to use!

Have not used it long enough to be Shure.
Used other jacks that have worked good from other providers at a lesser price and one lasted five years. Everything can fail. At this point we like it.

Good product

When I received the item, the packaging was severely damaged and part of the jack was not protected anymore at all. Luckily nothing was missing and the jack is working perfectly fine. It did suffer some paint scratches during transportation though.

Looking at the box containing the jack, I concerned the state of the product inside. Despite of so much damage on the box, the jack seems to be ok. I had to purge the air as instructed before first use. It was impossible to steer this thing left or right without leaving black scratching marks from a wheel. Finding out the flat metal plate above the wheel was not flat and was rather curved up causing the wheel camber angle so severe and rendering steering impossible. Placing 2x4 on one side, gave some hammering and metal plate is became a kind of flat. Now, it is much easier to maneuver. Bottom line is it did not deliver and I am not satisfied.

Great product for the price! Very satisfied!!!

I have used this to lift a couple SUV's so far and this lift is well worth the money over Home Depot, Lowes or Menards

This 4 ton Lifts my 40' High Cube Container with Plumbing/Electricity/Furniture installed very easily (1-sided lift). The 2 ton that I have could not. Easy to use and only had to scrape away a couple inches of soiul to get it to fit under connex for lifting

Fits under a vet, lifts a Yukon xl perfect jack! Can move tons but can't run over a grain of sand. But that's all jacks

Love everything! Handle bar is easy to use. I can use this thing with one pinky. Product is on the left. PS, those aren't my bikes that I personally ride. Just saying. Can lift cars to SUVS! Sheesh. ??
Kurt
Very heavy, arrived in a destroyed box.
Jocelyn Simard
I give a big 10! Thanks you
Michael S Warnken
The floor jack is heavy duty and can do the job lifting my truck up with ease. With dual piston, it can quickly lift with fewer pumps and at a good height. Please note, the jack is very heavy so lifting up to load on truck can be a chore but is well worth it because it will do the job
Kristopher
I use this jack on a few of my classic cars that are really heavy and this jack carry a lot of these tons can really raise up my classic cars to get the job done. If you are looking for a car jack especially for classic or any other cars then, this is the one for you.
Amazon customer
it went under my mustang real easy. It is also perfect for SUV. With 4 ton, you pretty much can move anything with it. Also moves well on concrete floor. Heavy weighs about 95 pounds, as expected for steel made jack with this capacity.
WILLIE
This floor jack is just the right amount of security that you need when you are working on your cars. Make sure you get the jack stands for peace of mind.
Buy it, you won't regret it.
Amek
bad packaging, bought brand new. didnt expect it to come looking "Used - Like New"
Davin
Have not pushed it to 60 or 70% capacity yet, however I feel it would have no problem. Purging the air out is easy and general use is very simple/straight forward. The construction is very solid however my biggest complaint is the chipping paint. Its not bad right now but its too far gone for barely having it for a month and never hitting it with something that would take paint off (like metal etc). I did an inspection and even though everything seems great and in order i have a weird squeaking coming from the jack whenever I jack something up (no performance loss or failure after continuing use). Overall no complaints here.
Michael J.
It was a great deal when I bought it several months ago but it still is the best low profile 4 ton jack you can get. Most people that need a 4 ton jack will get a tall jack for trucks but in addition to my trucks I also have a lowered classic muscle car, so this was perfect for me.

Super nice build quality and smooth operation. Glad I happened upon this company. Works great, plenty of lift.

I would like to know how I received a product that, as of this review, Amazon still claims is "temporarily out of stock." Did they find and ship a floor model?
I originally ordered this jack in May 2021, and renewed my order request in June. The calendar turned to July, then August. Still no jack and no word from Amazon. I tried to submit a question asking about product availability, but a standard robot reply indicated that the question could not be answered. Yet a few hours later, my account was charged, and a few days after that, I received a shipment notice. The jack "arrived" on August 05, 2021.
THE SHIPMENT: The jack arrived in an improvised carton made of two UPS repack boxes telescoped and barely taped together. This container was entirely open at one end. UPS usually places large, heavy items directly in front of my storm door so that I have to shimmy out a window or take a long way around to the front of the house just to move the box out of the way. This time, however, the box was not in immediate view, and not blocking the door; instead, it was shoved up against the wall of the house so that I could not see the open end.
Inside the box I found the jack and handle had simply been dropped in then poorly surrounded by fragments of Styrofoam packing material, garbage, and a shredded fragment of the original box. In addition I found the somewhat mangled owner's guide sheet and a tag with instructions for bleeding air from the system before using. Amazingly, the jack was complete and intact.
THE JACK: This thing is a BEAST. The pricing was right for a four-ton capacity unit. That is why I was willing to wait a bit for delivery. I am impressed with the jack itself, though it does not lift any faster than my old, old Craftsman 3-1/2 ton unit. I am not, however, impressed with the handle. While its length is fine, and the neoprene/foam sleeve is helpful, its thickness seems insubstantial, and it lacks a "precision fit" into the yoke. The thumbscrew and groove retaining system does not seem secure, but time will tell. The two halves of the handle also fit together a bit loosely. Considering the weight of the jack (100 lbs.) the handle seems too flimsy when moving or positioning the jack (pushing and pulling). TCE--design a better handle and while you are at it, a better carton too.
HEY, AMAZON: Where did you find this jack and what were the circumstances surrounding my "miracle" delivery of a still out-of-stock item?

This bad boy is huge and can lift any vehicle. Works like a boss lifting my cars and trucks. Love it!!!!

Heavy if you have to carry
Daniel
the packaging was really bad and the product came a little chipped because of it but the product itself works great.
RK
Very heavy duty. Works well!
Doug Comai
I bought mine from tractor supply and it works perfect. Sturdy fast lift and lots of control down. It move easy on casters so the jack can reposition itself for a higher life. I like that its a beast and seems really built well. Just roll it around the garage its not for carrying around, its solid.

Very nice jack but the box it came in was torn up and the jack was hanging out. I was worried that all the peaces were there but they were.

This is an superb quality jack that can hold some serious weight. My husband is thrilled to have it in the garage because he's always working on cars and this jack makes it so much easier. It's really easy to use and keeps the car stable. It's built to last and will get a lot of use here. Highly recommend!
Texas K's
Very heavy, very stable, very easy to use. Works as expected and makes it MUCH easier to lift up the jeep!

Great quality 3 tons low profile floor jack. However the listing say 4 tons jack which might be a mistake...
* Build Quality *
Really well made, heavy metal construction. There is an extra long handle for good leverage but might pose some issues for someone with limited work space around the car (though the handle does come apart it wasn't design to be used separately). Color is blue and not black. Wheels looks good and it's easy to roll around on flat surface. Handle lock mechanism is a small bolt at the bottom unlike other brands which provide a twist and lock mechanism
* Assembly *
The jack requires initial setup before first use. Simple guide is provided and there is a sticker on the jack as well under the cover plate. The process just makes sure air is pumped out of the system so the jack will hold the weight.
* Operation *
Plug the handle into place and lock it using the bolt. You have an extra low clearance of 3 1/8 inches. In my case it a Yukon so no clearance issue. The 20 inch height is more than enough to raise the wheel though I did use an extra piece of wood just to be sure. Lifting is super easy with the long handle and dual pump action and the wheel was off the ground super quick. Manoeuvring the jack into place is quick with the 360 rear wheels. Air release control, by turning the handle clockwise is smooth which gives you extra fine control unlike some other jacks I've used.
Pros: Height, 360 wheels, Extra long handle, Dual pump
Cons: Heavy, Dual pump might be dual issues, Handle lock mechanism
Overall it's a very good jack that would be great for random jobs as well as for the home mechanics jobs. Just make sure you get what you pay for or the seller fix the listing for the weight limits.
K-Dub
I have a 3-ton Pittsburgh floor jack and I was thought this one would be similar, but I am pleased to report that it is actually quite a bit better.
As you can see from the video, the jack has enough extension (20") to easily lift my F-150. Once positioned, it only took about 5-6 quarter-pumps to lift the tire off the ground. I could only do quarter-pumps because of how I had it positioned under my rear bumper. I have no doubt that it could have lifted it with only 2-3 full pumps if I had positioned it differently.
The dual piston action and the long handle make lifting anything a breeze. I had one hand holding my phone for the video while I pumped with the other hand. Didn't have any difficulty at all.
Glad I picked up this jack - it will make future tire rotations and brake jobs faster and easier.
Disclaimer: The jack I received was 4-ton and black, not 3-ton and blue as pictured in the description. However, I am confident that the jacks are comparable enough to provide a review.
Lauren
Right out of the box we noticed this was a nice jack. Sturdy and well made. Handle locks in, adjustment bolt easy to turn, very little effort required to raise the jack. It will raise the pad up a full 20", and at it's lowest it's 3", so you'll be able to get it under the smallest of clearances with no problem. The roller wheels make it easy to move into place too. Highly recommend this floor jack.
Osprey
This is an excellent jack. It is super easy to use - lifted my car effortlessly. Quality is exceptional - was able to do a two hour under car job with no issues at all.
Nebti19
Torin is an established American manufacturer of car lifts, jacks, jack stands, etc. This China-manufactured jack is solid and capable. Weighing well over seventy pounds, it's easily maneuvered but not easily carried or lifted. The UPS guy was not happy with the weight, and the box was bashed to pieces.
But the jack is solid and pristine. It takes more than a frustrated UPS driver to damage this beast.
Now there's somewhat of a mystery to this jack because the listing describes this as a three-ton jack, but the sticker on the jack I received says four-ton capacity. The listing also says that this is a blue jack, but the one I received is black. And the listing says it weighs 66 pounds, and the one I received has to weigh closer to 100 pounds.
The jack has dual lift cylinders, a rubber pad in the cup and a two-part handle with a solid foam scratch guard on the lower portion. Ten handle pumps lift the jack to its full twenty-inch extension.
This is a quality tool of commercial weight and build. If you don't need something this heavy and strong, stick with the lesser two-ton capacity floor jacks you can get for $40. This is for serious lifting where speed counts and weights are significant. Yet even if you don't need the weight capacity of this jack, you might just want it for the extra six inches of lift it provides over the $40 home versions.
