Warranty, Refund & Maintenance Policy
Warranty Terms
All products sold by Torin Inc. come with a standard warranty period. If your product has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will replace or repair it free of charge. For specific warranty durations and terms, please refer to the product documentation or contact our support team at tcecustomerservice@torin-usa.com.
Does the warranty include labor costs?
No. Our limited warranty policy does not include labor. To maintain our highly competitive pricing, TCE does not send technicians to the field for repairs. We assume the purchaser is mechanically inclined or has qualified staff to perform maintenance and repairs. However, we can provide a list of independent service technicians available at the customer’s expense.
How do I make a warranty claim?
All warranty claims must be pre-approved by TCE in writing to be valid. If a part is found to be defective after inspection, the manufacturer will repair or replace it at their option. Defective parts must be returned to the factory with freight prepaid by the customer. TCE is not responsible for the cost of "outside parts or labor" unless specifically approved in writing in advance.
Who is covered under this warranty?
This warranty applies only to the ORIGINAL purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers defects in material and workmanship but does not cover:

Normal maintenance, adjustments, or wear and tear.

Damage caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, or negligence.

Equipment that has been altered or repaired by unauthorized parties.

Failure to follow the official installation, operation, and maintenance instructions.
What is your return policy?
Products may not be returned without prior written approval from TCE. All orders are invoiced at prevailing prices at the time of shipment, excluding local, state, or federal taxes.
Why is the warranty policy so strictly administered?
Due to the extreme competitiveness of our selling prices, this warranty policy is strictly enforced to ensure we can continue offering high-quality equipment at the best possible value to all customers.
Return Process
If you are not completely satisfied with your TCE Products purchase, please contact our Support Team at 1.909.390.8588 or tcecustomerservice@torin-usa.com.
All returns are subject to approval by TCE Products and may be denied if the product has been opened or used and is not in the original condition that it was received.
• Returns through torinjacks.com are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• No returns after 30 days of receiving your order will be accepted.
• We will not accept returns of individual components purchased as part of a set or bundle.
• Products being returned must be properly packaged for pickup, and securely placed on a pallet where possible.
• Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment.
Sale, Payment, and Delivery
• The quality of the products by TCE Lift is in accordance with TCE Lift's specifications listed on torinjacks.com and on installation manuals. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use is the sole responsibility of the buyer.~
• Payment for all products is due before shipment unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
• The buyer has the right to inspect the products at the time an place of delivery. The buyer should notice TCE Lift for any shortages and damages within 30 days after such delivery.
• Delivery will be on paved road only.
• TCE Lift is not liable to any incidental or consequential damages such as lost profits-
• All order cancellations must be approved by TCE Lift and may be subject to restocking fees and other charges
Warranty Parts and Technical Issues
• We offer a two-year warranty on parts sold separately.+
• Customer satisfaction is most important to us. If you need any parts or have any technical issues that are not listed here, the best way is to email (tcecustomerservice@torin-usa.com) or text (1.909.390.8588) us with some pictures and the nameplate. Our technician will follow up with you as soon as possible.
• For car lifts, the nameplate is usually on one of the posts with serial number on it.
• Labor warranties are not included unless explicitly stated in the listings.
• For a 2-post car lift that is bolted to the ground, the warranty is voided if relocated.
• We ship replacement parts for free within the warranty time in lower 48 provinces. Please let us know if you have any problem with parts.
• We ship parts with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Sorry but we do not do overnight shipping.
Unauthorized Parts and Voiding of Warranty
• IMPORTANT: If you obtain a replacement part without our prior written permission while a product is under warranty, we will not cover the cost of that part, and we reserve the right to void the product's entire warranty. Please ensure you always contact us first to initiate a valid warranty claim.
Return and Refund for Products (Over 150LBs)
• We accept returns within 30 days after you receive the products in lower 48 provinces.
• If you want to return a product that is over 150LBs, please put the product in the original package or on a pallet and send us a photo for the package. We will send you a return freight label and schedule a pickup by a freight company. After we receive the returned product, we will process the refund.
• For defective products deemed irreparable, we offer a full refund upon return.
• For unwanted or mistakenly purchased items in new, unopened condition, a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges apply, to be deducted from the refund. Additional fees may apply for items that are opened or installed.
• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
• The refund may take at least two business day
