Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-6 business days of purchase. All shipments include tracking numbers for your convenience. We deliver to the lower 48 United States.

    • Shipping Carriers

  • For products weighing less than 150 lbs, we partner with FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ensure fast and secure delivery.
  • For items over 150 lbs, we utilize established LTL freight companies to guarantee safe and efficient transport.

    • Delivery and Additional Charges

  • Car Lifts: We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states for locations with on-site forklifts or similar equipment. Alternatively, you may opt for free pickup at a nearby terminal. Please note that car lifts require an on-site forklift and cannot be unloaded with a lift gate.
  • Garage Cabinet Set, Lift Tables, Shop Presses, and Other Oversized Products: Free shipping is available to commercial addresses located in business zones, provided that a forklift or similar equipment is available on-site. Free pickup at nearby terminals is also offered within the lower 48 states. Deliveries to residential or farm addresses and those requiring lift gate service will incur additional shipping fees.
  • Due to their size, car lifts cannot be unloaded using a lift gate service. We do not recommend renting a forklift, as we do not reimburse equipment rental costs.
  • Deliveries to locations with limited access, such as schools, hospitals, restaurants, golf courses, ski resorts, airports, ports, piers, lodging facilities, campgrounds, quarries, factories, military bases, government buildings, and similar sites, will incur a $150 surcharge.
  • Additional freight charges apply to remote or high-cost areas.
  • Delivery is limited to curbside service. Should you require the item to be placed inside a building or in a backyard, additional charges will apply.
  • Please monitor your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours (for businesses) or within the scheduled delivery window (for residences). A $150 redelivery fee will be charged for missed deliveries.
  • Be prepared to unload your delivery within 30 minutes of the truck's arrival. Exceeding this time frame will result in a minimum surcharge of $100.
  • If additional freight charges apply during your delivery, please pay them promptly, as failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your warranty.

    • Delivery of Parts (Under 100 lbs) via FedEx, UPS, or USPS

  • Ensure that the delivery address provided is complete. For business deliveries, include the business name. Incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays, and we cannot compensate for lost packages due to such issues.
